Thank you for choosing Prodigy Holidays for your stay. To help us maintain the quality of our apartments and ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you observe the following house rules.
During Your Stay
Keep It Clean & Tidy
Please help us keep the apartment clean and tidy throughout your stay.
Before You Leave
Wash the dishes or load and start the dishwasher, and dispose of all garbage in the designated outdoor bins.
Care for the Space
Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Respect the Quiet
Parties, excessive noise, and disturbances of any kind are strictly prohibited.
No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted unless specifically authorized. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and never throw them from balconies, windows, or onto the grounds.
Registered Guests Only
The number of guests must not exceed the number stated in the reservation.
Check-In & Check-Out
Please respect the agreed check-in and check-out times.
Pool Rules
Follow the rules displayed in the pool area at all times. No glass containers, food, or pool inflatables are allowed.
Pet Policy
We're happy to welcome your pets, provided the following are respected.
- Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, chairs, or decorative rugs.
- Please provide appropriate bedding and sleeping arrangements for your pet.
- Pets must not be left unattended inside the apartment unless safely secured in a crate or carrier.
- Dogs must not urinate or defecate on sidewalks, near buildings, or in common areas — please use grassy areas only.
- Always collect, bag, and properly dispose of pet waste in the designated outdoor bins.
- Any damage, stains, odours, or additional cleaning caused by pets will be charged to the guest.
Please note: violations of these rules may result in additional charges, cancellation of the reservation, eviction from the property without refund, and forfeiture of the security deposit.
