Prodigy Holidays was founded by Fernando Martins and Maria Inês. The idea was straightforward: rent out apartments the way we'd want to stay in them ourselves, and treat every guest like family.

It started small. A couple of apartments, a lot of word of mouth, and clients who came back the following summer with friends. That's how the business grew. Today we manage several apartments in Armação de Pêra, a coastal village on the Algarve that's quiet enough to feel like a real holiday but busy enough to never run out of things to do.

Our apartments sit 300 metres from the beach. Most guests can walk to dinner, the supermarket, and the sand without thinking about it. Many of them return year after year, which is the best feedback we get.
